First version

We’ve found this website mock-up in Figma community. And we liked it so much so decided to make a WordPress theme from it. This theme is responsive and adapted for mobile devices. We used such features like source set for images. And in result we have very fast loading WordPress theme. We started using underscores starter theme. We are still working on the theme, so the full code will be later.

WordPress theme The Book – footer was added

The footer was added for the Book WordPress theme. Responsive and beautiful. I used SVG for making three dots in list items. Flexbox for making layout. That’s it. The code on GitHub is updated. The link is here: https://github.com/alex-255/book-theme .

The Inner Pages Were Added

The inner pages were added for posts and pages of the WordPress Book theme. The featured mage and text are both in bootstrap container. So they look nice. I’ve placed the sidebar in the bottom of page. You will see it below the comments. Maybe not the best solution, but I don’t like sidebars which are to the left or to the right.
